Bathrooms: 2 full baths
Parking: Covered carport.
Dishwasher: Yes.
Yard Service: Included in rent.
Availability: Immediately, but 2 weeks notice requested.
Lease Terms: 1 year.
Military: Of course! Semper Fi, Anchors Aweigh, Hooah, or uh, whatever the Air Force says.

Other stuff:
Location. Beautiful, fragrant, cool Kaneohe. Windward living is the best way to experience Hawaii. The house is located on a dead-end street, with low traffic and friendly neighbors. Good schools for the keiki (kids).
Washer/Dryer? Yes, and you can keep them when you leave if you want them! What's the catch? If you want them, you must take ownership of them, so, if they break, the owner of the property is not responsible for fixing them. They are like new...If you don't want them, they will be gone before you arrive.
Dishwasher? Yes, like new and extremely efficient and quiet.
Commuting. The commute to KMCBH is fast, beautiful, and easy. The commute to Pearl Harbor Navy Base or to Hickam Air Force Base is also very fast (20 mins) over the H-3.
Condition. The house is in excellent condition, freshly painted interior just 6 months ago.
Yard. Gorgeous yard! There is a 150 year-old monkey pod tree located behind the house, which keeps the house cool and shaded all year. There is also plumeria, a citrus tree, birds of paradise, a large avocado tree, and a mango tree. Very private. Great yard for BBQ and entertaining!
Air conditioning. The house has 2 air conditioners, one in the dining room, one in the master bedroom. They work great but are not really needed because the house enjoys strong windward breezes and shade from the aforementioned tree. We have never needed to use the A/C.
